Delete your Moi-Muse account

How to delete it

Sign in at moimuse.com or in the Moi-Muse app, open your dashboard or palette, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone.

If you can't sign in

Email info@moimuse.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, photo, contact details, addresses, date of birth, ID-verification details, social links, portfolio and uploaded photos and documents, calendar links, family links, roster connections, and your login. Upcoming bookings are cancelled.

What we keep, and why

Records of past bookings, tips, and payments are kept so the artistes and houses you worked with keep accurate business and tax records. They no longer show your name or details; they appear as Deleted member.
